The St James has a 98% owner occupancy rate.  All units are owned by fee simple title with an undivided interest in all common elements.The Association has the Right of First Refusal on all sales and/or leases.  Although leasing in our building is rare, units do occasionally become available.  Since all units are individually owned, you should contact your realtor for more information.
